My music journey started when I used the program Ejay in the year 2004 making my first electronic tracks, then in 2006 I took Piano and music theory lessons in the Instituto Potosino de Bellas Artes (S.L.P.) for 5 years until I started university.
In 2011 I first met the program Reason 4 through a friend who was the drummer of a rock band I was in. Here I really started to produce songs from scratch, learning and experimenting with music and sound design, releasing my first album “The Spill” in 2012 for my Avith Ortega project. It started out as my personal tribute to the music and soundtrack of the Silent Hill series when I learnt how it was made (I also made a video documentary about it). I continued the project for making & mixing styles of TripHop, Ambient, Industrial & Weirdcore music.

I also began to experiment more with electronic music, fusing genres of my liking such as Trance, Techno, Ambient, Experimental, Psybient, among others, and because I always wanted to find electronic music that combined the progressive nature of the works of the first albums of Jean Michel Jarre and Vangelis with more modern sounds I started to make it and finally released first an EP called “HUB” in 2015.; a year later, in 2016 I released my first electronic album “contrasting nuances”. At first it was released by my original name, but then I changed the artist name to Avitronic so I could separate these electronic music releases.

In 2016 I also started another music project under the name of AVITECH for music focused on another mix of genres I love to hear: Techno, Dub Techno, Deep Techno, Minimal Techno, Deep House, and more.

In the next years I have been releasing more music, some of which have been featured on other works, and also I got invited to collaborate on other projects such as original music and soundtrack for games and film.

Currently I still want to make more music, as long as there is still more sounds and ideas to explore :). The messages I have received across all my social platforms, emails and direct support throughout the years are one of the inspirations to continue, so thank you all for that, as well as the people that just listens and enjoy what I do!

  • All the music I have produced has been Mastered by myself, and follows the knowledge and teachings I have gathered from sites such as https://dynamicrangeday.co.uk/about/ , where a problem that still exists in modern music is described (Loudness War). My music, therefore, is anti-loudness war. #DynamicRangeDay
